This clip is the class-change ring. People use it as a “period’s over” joke, or to fake that someone has to go. It isn’t as sharp as the air horn, but it still cuts through a room, so try it at a normal volume first.

Do not play it in a real school to mess with a class. That’s how you get someone in trouble for no reason. Keep it at home or with friends who asked for the bit.
